Poor Rating for Comcast service to small Business
As a manager of furnished rentals, I order services a la cart for incoming guests for internet, tv & phone. For years I was frustrated for years with Qwest, the would actually tell me "Who else are you going to use?" when I complained of poor service.

Along comes Comcast, Halleluhah! And finally competition comes and I can compare and shop. I've been really happy with Comcast, but as Alpine's business has grown, I'm hitting a wall as a small business. Its really like Comcast simply doesn't care about small business. So now, maybe, I have to wait for another competitor to wake them up and get service for our growing company. Here is my latest issue via a chat with Comcast:

who do I contact to set up an online biz account? I have not had good success with biz pricing with my company, residence pricing has been better, but an online account with one stop management would really help my small business. do you have a person who could help my situation?
